One Tough Egg

Hi, there.  My name is Brandon Lane Zebub.  I’m in the business of influencing people and helping them to make choices.  Not to brag, but I’m the best in the business.  Continue reading

More Than Meets The Eye

Pastor Dale E.  Austin                                         Matthew 17:1 – 9

There are experiences in life too profound to try to explain or to put into words.  When someone asks us about them, we may try.  But usually it comes down to, “You just had to be there.”  Continue reading

Aiming Higher

Pastor Dale E. Austin                                                   Matthew 5:38-48

“An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth leaves the whole world blind and toothless.”

How To Be Happy

Pastor Dale E. Austin                                                                           Matthew 5:1-12

Today we begin a brief series on what we’ve come to know as Jesus’ “Sermon on the Mount” or Words To Live By.   It covers three chapters in Matthew’s gospel, so given the usual attention span of most adults, it’s unlikely that Jesus preached it all in one setting.  Rather, this is probably a compilation of several messages which have been gathered together into one location.  When and where the words were spoken, however, are relatively insignificant.  What’s important for us is who spoke the words and what they tell us.    Continue reading
